With decades of experience in construction, Bob ensures that the structural and mechanical planning is accurate, ensuring a smooth process and the correct execution of these components. Besides his technical expertise, he also keeps a close eye on construction costs. This allow us to collaborate effectively on beautiful, high- quality transformations for our clients.

Maarten has many years of experience in architectural offices and construction management to ensure the smooth running on site of every remake. With his technical knowledge, he has a solution for every architectural challenge.

As operations manager, Mies ensures the correct course of our work processes and thus the design & construct method. She does this as a responsible person within our team, but also with the team as a collaborating internal project manager.

He has been active in the premium segment of interior customization and in coordinating the finishing phase for 20 years now.
This is for private and business clients, as well as for architectural firms.
Jan communicates, is hands on and in control. These are the ingredients to properly manage our transformations.

Lotte is a liaison for the client, the supplier and the B-covered team. She acts as the intermediary for all those involved and provides the right information to everyone at the right time.

Anke is the first of contact for the client, the supplier and the B-covered team. She is the link between all parties involved and provides everyone with the necessary information at the right time.

Ralf has a great affinity for creating beautiful and remarkable environments. In his role as  procesmanager & finance, he ensures optimization of the workprocesses within the projectteam. Also financially responsible for correct financial overviews and invoicing.

Michelle is taking care for team and marketing support. With a passion for photography and her creative genes, half a word is enough.
